This gorgeous 50s Royal QDL has a fresh new platen in addition to a full clean and service. Care was taken to make sure all of the adjustments fall into line for the ultimate typing experience. Teal was one of the original colors offered by the factory, and as evidenced by the serial number beginning “AT,” this is original!
The machine types in a lovely Canterbury Elite typeface with a fresh ribbon. It also comes with the case. This particular machine has seen better days, the paint shows light wear and a few scuffs and scratches. It isn’t in perfect condition, but certainly exceptional. There are also a few darker blue stains that didn’t come out no matter what we threw at it. Thought it was ink, but I’m stumped. Otherwise it’s clean as a whistle, free from dirt and rust.
Comes with the original carrying case.
