The IBM Tech III Cartridge is designed for use with the Selectric II and early Selectric III typewriters, as well as all compatible machines with the standard Selectric II (1233035) cartridge. HOWEVER, this cartridge is NOT correctible, it is ink infused and designed for permanent writing, such as checks or other sensitive forms. It can be paired with the blue cover up tapes for correction. In use with creative writing, one must be super confident, because once it is on the page….well, it won’t come off easily.
