Rare First Generation Rotring 600 Rollerball

$200.00
Sold Out

This is the first Generation Rotring 600 rollerball pen in black.  A wonderful example of German Bauhaus design from the late 1980s and early 1990s. This particular pen was manufactured in West Germany.

The Rollerball version is the the rarest of the 600 series pens, not to be confused with the ballpoint 600 which is a click pen.  It does not have the red Rotring logo printed on the cap.  The pen is in good shape, though it shows obvious signs of use.  There are no major scratches, just some minor scuffs in the finish.  The rubber ring on the back end is in perfect shape, and the body has no cracks or dents.  Comes with a blue Schmidt ink cartridge and an original plastic Rotring slide case.  The ink cartridge isn't very nice, I'd recommend a fisher space cartridge if you don’t wish to punish yourself.
